 Hi, I’m Lisa

Thanks for dropping by! I’m passionate about supply chain, logistics, operations, problem solving, pay equity, negotiating and championing Moms back to work after a gap.

After a 12 year gap in the workforce I found myself challenged to return to the workforce during the last recession. I mapped out and created a game plan for my return and successfully re-entered.

I now combine my passion of 12 plus years of supply chain strategies and champion Moms to return to work and negotiate not just there initial salary but their annual reviews as well as additional forms of compensation we don’t typically ask for.

I live in Ontario, enjoy reading, listening to podcasts, swimming, aqua fit and paddle boarding.

Mom of three young adult men who challenge me to the craziest adventures. I have screamed down mountains and zip lined across cruise ships and even flipped out on a few flowriders with them.
